Terms of Service

The Lexie Platform offers enterprise-grade communication and collaboration services,
including cloud-based telephony, call center management, messaging, conferencing, and administrative functions.
The Service is designed for professional organizations seeking reliable and secure digital communications.

Scope

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the communication platform provided by Lexie AB (“Lexie”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By using the Service, the Customer (“you”) agrees to these Terms, which form a binding agreement between Lexie AB and the Customer.

The Service

Lexie provides access to a unified communication platform that includes telephony, messaging, collaboration tools, and administration interfaces.
Lexie may update, modify, or enhance the Service at any time to maintain security, functionality, and compliance with applicable law.

Customer Responsibilities

The Customer is responsible for compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.
The Customer shall ensure that all authorized users use the Service lawfully and maintain the confidentiality of access credentials.

Fees and Payment

Fees are defined in the Customer’s order or agreement. Payment must be made within the period stated on the invoice.
Late payments may result in suspension of the Service and the application of statutory interest in accordance with the Swedish Interest Act.

Service Availability and Limitation of Liability

Lexie strives to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Temporary interruptions may occur during maintenance or updates. Lexie shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages,
including loss of profit or data. Lexie’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer in the twelve (12) months preceding the incident.

Data Protection

Lexie processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Swedish laws.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Service, including software, documentation, and trademarks, belong to Lexie AB or its licensors.
The Customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during the contract term.

Term and Termination

These Terms apply from the date the Customer subscribes to the Service and remain valid until terminated.
Lexie may terminate the Service with immediate effect in case of material breach or unlawful use.
Upon termination, access will cease and Customer data may be deleted within sixty (60) days unless required by law.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be finally settled by arbitration under the
Rules for Simplified Arbitration of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC). The seat of arbitration shall be Stockholm, Sweden.
